Pricing questions
Do individual members have to pay?
No. The club pays one subscription and players use Vantace without individual charges. Every plan includes unlimited players.
Does Vantace replace ClubSpark or our court-booking system?
No. Your club can keep its existing membership and court-booking system. Vantace runs the competitions and can link players to the booking service your club already uses.
Can we import members from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Club Admins can import a CSV member list, send registration invitations and resend them to members who have not completed registration.
How does the free trial work?
Your full club setup starts with a 30-day free trial through secure Stripe Checkout. Stripe collects the billing details for your chosen plan and the first subscription payment is due after the trial.
How many competitions can a club run?
Clubs can run multiple ladders, Box Leagues and tournaments for the sports, ages, genders and formats they need.
Are the mobile apps included?
Yes. Members and Club Admins can use Vantace on the web and through the iOS and Android apps at no additional charge.
